There are several E-ZPass Customer Service Centers in the Northeast. It's best to get an E-ZPass account with the Service Center associated with the facility that you most frequently use. Click on any roadway letter and you will be automatically placed in the appropriate website.

  • E-ZPass transponders can be used on any roadway that has E-ZPass lanes. If you already have an E-ZPass transponder from another roadway facility, you can use it at the Peace Bridge E-ZPass lanes and receive the Peace Bridge E-ZPass discount.

  • The Peace Bridge Customer Service Center is not affiliated with the NYS Thruway's E-ZPass Customer Service Center.

  • If you want to obtain a Peace Bridge E-ZPass, you may apply via this web site or call the Peace Bridge E-ZPass Customer Service Center at 1-866-522-6080 for an application.

By now, you’re probably wondering why you’re still paying tolls the old fashioned way with cash, tokens, and tickets. The good news is you can open your E-ZPass prepaid account today! You’ll soon be enjoying the benefits of electronic toll collection.

The account policies stated on this page are Peace Bridge Authority policies and may not apply at other service centers.

You should open your account with an average of your monthly toll usage. A minimum prepaid balance of $25 US is required, as well as a $10 US deposit for each E-ZPass tag you order (waived for credit card customers). There are two payment options you can choose from when establishing your E-ZPass account.

  • Credit Card - This option is the most convenient because of its Automatic Replenishment feature. Whenever your account reaches a designated threshold amount, your credit card will be charged a replenishment amount which is based upon your monthly toll usage. Under this payment method, your tag deposit of $10 US is waived. You’ll never have to worry about low toll balances or mailing in a payment.

  • Personal Check or Money Order - You may establish your prepaid account with a personal check or money order. However, this payment method does not have the Automatic Replenishment feature. That means when your account balance reaches a designated threshold amount, you will be required to mail your replenishment payment to the Peace Bridge Authority E-ZPass Service Center.

You can establish your prepaid account by clicking on the “Sign Up Now” icon. An E-ZPass application will appear on your screen along with the Terms and Conditions of membership.

If you choose to establish your account with a credit card, you can enroll on-line or fax your signed application to the Peace Bridge Authority E-ZPass Service Center at (866) 522-6088.

Customers paying by check or money order must mail their application with their payment to:

E-ZPass
P.O. Box 30211
Tampa, FL 33630-3211

Once you receive your E-ZPass tag in the mail, carefully read the E-ZPass Customer Guide before installing your tag.
