Make sure that you read the Terms and Conditions before pressing the Submit button in the application and submitting it. NOTE: This application is for personally owned or leased cars, pickup trucks, motorcycles and RVs. Please call the Service Center for an application if your vehicle is not in one of the above categories, or is a commercial vehicle: 1-866-522-6080. Carefully follow the instructions for completing your E-ZPass application. Be sure to complete all items on the application. 1. Customer Information: Enter the requested information. The name on the account must be an individual's name. Make a note of the PIN you enter, so you will have it for future logins. 2. Vehicle Information: Select the Vehicle Type, the type of tag mount (Internal or External), enter your license plate number and select your state from the drop-down list. Commercial customers call 1-866-522-6080 for a commercial application. 3. Payment Method: When you select a payment option (Credit Card or Check-Money Order), the total amount due will be calculated - based on the number of tags ordered and the deposit required. You can review the application and make any desired changes before printing it or pressing the submit button. Regardless
of the payment method chosen: Print a copy of the application to keep
for your records.
If you are choosing the credit card payment option, your application is automatically sent to E-ZPass when you click on the Submit button. If you choose to open your prepaid Peace Bridge E-ZPass account with a check or money order, complete the Peace Bridge E-ZPass application, print it out and mail it with your payment to:
